Well look at it this way

12 voters who own 80% say yes or no to any proposal,
leaving 4 insiders who control 2.5% and the rest
is down to us!!!!

Taking the share price down to 175 on the bid
with a strategically placed closing sale of 500
shares tells me they are raising money and the
terms are based on a deep discount to the market
price.......

175-195 spread is SAVAGE!!!!!

On the bid we are worth 12 million less than the beginning of the month!!!
