A senior manager and petroleum/reservoir engineer with business, technical and managerial experience, having spent nearly 40 years in the international upstream oil and gas business. Previously a director of Premier Oil plc, also with UKOOA and BP where the senior positions held included Chief Petroleum Engineer, Vice President Production, USA and Manager of the Forties Field, the largest oil field in the UK sector of the North Sea.

He is currently Chairman of Ikon Science Ltd


and a non-executive Director of AIM listed Grove Energy.

This has been on the cards for some time by the look of it.
