The Company received notification on 21 December 2006 that Gartmore Investment
Management Limited has increased its notifiable interest to 8,630,438 ordinary
shares of 5 pence each in the Company at 18 December 2006, representing 17.1% of
the outstanding share capital of the Company.
The outstanding share capital of the Company remains at 50,350,890 ordinary
shares of 5 pence each.
