I don't understand your thinking.Rybak can only be tried once.If the SOA fails no other claim will succeed because he would have been cleared of any fraud.If you mean DB gives up and the RA takes up the case you have to remember that legal fees will run into the millions and I am not sure the RA can finance that.People don't apprecaite that the UK case is just the first.The Law in each jurisdiction is different, Switzerland, Monaco,Singapore etc will all see different cases brought against Rybak.Only cases involving the proceeds of crime/money laundering are rubber stamped in other jurisdictions.
