But the SoA was a very unfair document and any court would have to take into account that holding a gun to the shareholders heads does not mean all will accept DB`s offer.You have signed away your rights to take action against the Company and its directors ,i have not so my claim should have a seperate .

I will say the RA committee are pretty upbeat and are privy to information that i don`t have so we will have to see how this all unfolds




andy any more news on when db intends to relist as you previously stated was his intention ? and why would being a smug twat be a good way to start the new year ? both very valid questions by the way .
