I`m sure you realize the RA represents the 132 holders who are all in the same boat having withheld their rights to Sue the Company or its directors .

I still don`t see how you can represent 2 camps who have different rights in a court of Law .Bucher has rights and the RA has rights ,but the SoA holders have to accept what Buchler is able to deliver
