but we are all after the same pot of recovered (if any) money - that is the only money there is. the only difference is that the RA want their money now (fair enough) and the SOA have agreed to get the money, then see what the best course of action is i.e. retain some for further recovery, reimburse or relist.

we would all like 100% cash back but nobody will.

the RA will not get any more than anybody else. i know it's what you signed up for, but it will not happen. the SOA have as much of a legal claim over any money as does the RA.
