where the MD states that "ALLOWING WATER FROM THE LOWER
ZONES TO FILL THE WHOLE ANNULUS"

The RNS states that "The Verdun was then isolated from the Palaeozoic and perforated...", Mr P90 (or any other oil experts) can you explain what "isolated" and "perforated" means in this context, the two statements seem to contradict each other.
