Your last sentance is very interesting as you must know about this new oil company very early on if they are not floating until Q3 '06. Are you a ground floor shareholder?
I've always had a good feeling about GOO. I don't think the directors are interested in screaming their every move from every roof top but seem to get on with the job in hand very well. We all know they have faced their own frustrations with the beauocracy in Peru and that has been my main concern to date, however if they are about to win their 3rd licence then this suggests that their relationship with the Peruvian Gov is fine and that it is just a case of going through all the motions.
Yes, money will be needed in the future, but I would have thought that is a little way off yet. They have plenty to get them to a stage where they can drill. From there we'll see what deals they can put together.
