GNE's RNS on holdings has always been less than clear. There has been no announcement that Vaiman has sold any shares.
If Vaiman still holds his shares of 2.132 million that would now represent 15.45% of the enlarged market cap.
If Vaiman is a beneficial owner in Vaimed's 22.14% then that interest should be declared. The transactions in 2003/2004 would indicate that Vaiman is an owner of Vaimed BVI.
However, the ownership of Vaimed BVI is a secret so you would have to rely on their honesty to divulge beneficial ownership.
