Global Natural Energy - Now on AIM - Are those who think this a 3 bagger right?

In May 2004, Flero Cyprus (owned by Vaiman) moved or sold 310,000 GNE shares into Vaimed BVI.

At the same time, Vaimed declared an interest of 565,000 GNE shares. So an extra 255,000 shares was added to Vaimed. Whether these are all owned by Vaiman we don't know.

Past statements declared Vaiman as beneficial owner of Amery BVI and Flero Cyprus. However, there has been no beneficial ownership statement for Vaimed Enterprises. I suspect that breaks exchange rules as Vaiman was clearly a party and held shares in his name.

Amery BVI had the same registered address as Vaimed Enterprises BVI.
