If Vaiman and Vaimed Enterprizes are the same then surely this would have to be declared in the accounts.
Under substantial shareholdings in the 31/12/05 accounts it show Vaiman with 18.8% and Vaimed E' with 5%.
The issue of the new shares takes the total number in issue to 13,844,266 with Vaiman owning 2,132,676 and Vaimed E' 3,065,000 which would represent a combined holding of 37.5%.My understanding is that if you have a combined holding of more than 29.9% you must make an offer for the whole company.
Am I wrong or does this prove that Vaiman and Vaimed are not one and the same?
