wouldn't draw any conclusions re sp until we know reason Mr Wood, UBS, Gartmore, Goldman's etc invested substantially. Results today tell us nothing on this front. Comment is again strikingly lacking.

Questions I have are:

- JV? what's happened to the GME side of this. Mr Wood was driving it since July 04. Have opportunities just vanished? What happened to the 2 alternate offers he apparently had.
- What did UBS, Gartmore etc see in the presentation- sure make an investment but why big names and why >3%? Mr Westcott wouldn't let me see a copy, though I and someone else asked. For instis' only!
- Why is so much capital needed, and why now given restructure is complete, and cashflow is coming in better?
- Why have RBS of all banks provided risky overdraft facilities - what have they seen to justify this?
- Why did GME choose now to do the consolidation? There are risks, and upward momentum normally needs to be guaranteed for consolidation to work, so what does that mean ?....
- Given demand, why has no one so far bought GME? Is it too small, too many risks? PMH have some 80 oil engineers at 2005 Ann rep - possibly more now and great connections, so where are the suitors?
- Why are 2 analyst reports apparently so far out on their estimates for t/over (£13m - 2006, £17m - 2007). They are commissioned and judged on their reports. Are they just dead wrong?


I'm as much is dark on these as you, but answers to any of above will unlock the key to GME for 2006 IMO, and explain the recent investments. I'd stick with it mate and not worry about a difference of 0.10p in the sp. 0.26p or 0.37p mean nothing on AIM.
