dollg, hard to why not. Lack of PW comment anywhere is very interesting. Also, nothing has yet happened to a) justify his £1m of shares b) justify the timing - even if interims better than expected IMO
One 'big Boy' likely to be watching this who has said 'no don't think so' twice this year.
They are being kept up to date with events, and know after consolidation it may be too late due to % shares available. I wouldn't buy on this basis though, as very unlikely they'd make a move. Leave it to the instis.
BTW, I think something like this must now be on cards, with PW maybe on a new board. Only reason I can see for such a huge share purchase now jv's gone. Even UBS, Gartmore, GS would not be enough for such a massive investment.
