Gladstone plc ("Gladstone" or the "Company") received notification on 16 March
2006 from Constellation Software Inc that as a result of a recent share
purchase, Constellation Software Inc now has an interest in 6,769,000 shares of
1 pence each in Gladstone, representing 13.01% of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.
