Hi max. I'm only a humble shareholder, not a patent attorney! But PortalAge came through OK, and I imagine SmartBox will too before long. It's been available for sale for a little while now and the patent must have been filed well before that. Presumably with the patent filing in place the usual legal protections would apply.
It's the management (both top level and lower rungs) and their impeccable background and experience which gives me great confidence here - and Henry is the icing on the cake having met him.
As you say, the chances of a multibagger here are top-notch imo.
