We had the same tactics when the MM’s dropped the SP around the 4th to 8th peeps thought someone was dumping and sold next think we have an RNS stating on 8th December 2006 Toscafield Limited had an interest in 2,265,943 ordinary shares. To me it looks like they are trying the same thing the bid has risen but they have dropped the offer, which make you think they are offering a good price when the SP is falling, so peeps sell? It would surprise me if we get an RNS stating someone has also added.
