Free share options should not be given imo if they want shares in the company they should buy them with their own cash even if it is funded by a cash bonus from the company. The retail investor gets stuffed all the time by this.

IMO i wont even look to buying this stock until directors buy in themselves and they start producing the goods, good luck anyone holding. Its an absolute outrage imo.
