markth, sorry to reply so late, yes you can buy warrants within a SIPP, even covered warrants, I believe (though I don't like covered warrants)so long as you sign the risk declaration form like any other broker requires for warrants. But my Sipp provider, would not/could not buy warrants listed on foreign exchange. Bloody annoying as I wanted to buy EPMA+ on the TSE and look how well they have done! I should have just got EUM instead on AIM. But I bought BISI and it went down! Still, it's recovering now.
