Is 0.5p the bottom, or are the additional shares being issued at an effective price of 0.4p ?
Scrut - you quoted empoyees at 150 - in latest 10-month report it was 384; even so - 15 of them coughing up £40k each on average must appeatrs to be a huge vote of confidence in new management team.
It cetrtainly looks a gift with a MktCap of just £0.8 million, Sales of over £20 million, R&D of around £1 million p.a. PSR is 0.07, PRR is 0.8 or thereabouts.
Why the hell aren't Cybit getting some backing & buying this up while it's so cheap ???
Buying a million shares for £5k is very tempting - never owned a million of anything before....
