In which case, he must be suggesting that the tech indices are not just overvalued, say, but that some sort of inverse vulcanic activity should ensue!I just don't see this stuff as any use whatsoever since his comment surely should mean 'don't touch tech with a bargepole'.
I think looking at the result of past trading (the signals he is mentioning) is one thing....but one might also ask a few questions about technology itself!
Do people want it, and are they buying it? By 2000, the answer to both questions was 'no'. But at this time I'm not so sure.
One thing is clear - it's too bleedin' convoluted. (getting itunes to take on mp3s for a young person's ipod shuffle, on a PC, this morning, for example. Grrrrr.)
