Was it not recently that opinion here suggested that fund managers were selling off in order to crystalise gains so that their end-of-year portfolios looked good? Yet you are now suggesting 'they' are now chasing the market.
Are we talking about two lots of 'they' here?
The 'they' that have sold to crystalise gains, plus the other 'they' who are desperate to make some gains?
In which case, what is the ratio of they1 to they2?
I think arguing is good, but one must be careful not to skew things to illustrate a particular stance.
