indeed, the ones posted here two weeks ago, thanks for that.
Ando i dont have a personal vandetta or dislike u personally in any way, the only reason i point out your questionable analysis and inaccuracies is to allow others - who may be too naive - to see them.
Heres a fitting analogy. I was at teh gym earlier and i over heard some loudmouth amercian giving some chap advice on how to perfom squats(where a heavily weighted barbell rests on ones shoulders and you squat, until at most knees are at 90 degrees, then stand straight).
This, clearly inept, american was advising the naive chap to 'get down as far as u can' before standing straight, and repeat this process 'the faster the better'.
Now anyone who KNOWS BETTER, would point out that doing any exercise fast is certainly not best, infact teh complete opposite is true, slower is much better, and safer, and for this particular exercise squating down 'as far as you can' is very wrong.
This amercicans advice was infact quite dangerous, teh naive chap could slip something, pull something or even break something by taking his advice.
I couldnt be assed to go over it all so i just told 1 of teh trainers who went over and showed them BOTH how to perform it safely, and correctly.
My point is, if you can see someone administering ill-advice, that could cause physical; or indeed financial, discomfort, and you know better, you should point it out IMO
take care of yourself, and each other ;)
