Branch Manager (Bradford): ref BM1
An experienced team leader and relationship manager, who is familiar with retail banking and a passion to deliver quality customer service. Excellent communication skills are essential and languages are advantageous but not essential.

Sales and Service Advisors (Bradford): ref BSA1 (full time)
Working as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service through sales and transactions to deliver customer satisfaction and building relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with good numeric skills, and experience in retail environment with proven customer service and sales record is essential. Languages are advantageous though not essential.


Cashiers (Bradford): ref BC1 (full time)
As part of the cashier team you will deliver excellent/efficient customer service and sales experience for customers. Candidates must have worked in a retail environment, with proven customer service skills, with good keyboard, PC and numeracy skills essential. Languages are advantageous though not essential.

The following new opportunities have arisen within our Finance area at Head Office in Birmingham.



PA to Finance Director – Full Time

This is a highly responsible, visible role, dealing with internal and external business contacts at senior level to undertake a broad range of skills to support the work of the FD in such areas as effective diary and appointment management, minute taking at business meetings and undertaking business analyst.



Candidates should be confident and outgoing and have excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, analytical, and PC skills (Word, Excel, Power point etc.) are essential, together with at least 3 years experience as a PA or similar role at senior management level.






Reconciliations Specialist – Full Time

Working as part of the Operational Control Team the Reconciliation Specialist will be developing, and carrying out reconciliations on all third party transactions, nostros and internal ledger accounts. Candidates should have a proven track record of reconciliations experience within the accounting field.





Operations Centre
Based at Head Office, Birmingham, the centre encompasses our call & process centres which provides a full range of customer support and telephone banking services. We are looking to recruit both full time and part time staff to enable us to provide services from 8am - 8pm Mon to Sun.


Customer Service Agents (Birmingham only) ref CCA1 (full time)
We are seeking staff who have two years experience of working in a retail environment dealing direct with the customers. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential. Language skills in either Urdu, Arabic, Punjabi, Bengali, Gujarati, Somali or Hindi would be an advantage but not essential. A desire to provide excellent customer experience is essential.


Processing Centre Agents (Birmingham only) ref PC1 (full time)
In this role you will be working as part of a team processing all aspects of banking transactions, and providing a support function for the retail banking network. Accuracy, numeracy and working to deadlines are essential. You will have two years experience in a customer base processing environment either with financial services or banking or similar environment and possess good PC skills.
