Jools ... some time in 2008 .... yes. FAO have the oil but not the money to get it out of the ground ... BLVN have that money. The true value of EVO and Epaemeno was hidden from the market due to all the financing crap. When the BLVN deal goes through that potential will be shinging through - shame it came to what it is now for that to happen.
Before then they will be exploring Epaemeno and with a possible 225 million barrels of oil that would have a huge inpact on BLVN - I am sure that is what interests Mr Hart even more than EVO. Then when oil is flowing they will have the capital to explore Cameroon without anymore placings required.
I see BLVN as a very good 2 - 5 year long term investment especially with Mr Hart on board.
