My bet is on they have heard of somebody sniffing round and they know they are in a vunarble postion for a bid.
We started this year with a share price at 6.75p approx and we are ending the year at share price at 3.75p approx.
With the current share price as it is and with all the major holders now sitting on a very considerable loss and with no current prospect of any movement upward any offer may look very inviting.
They also won't be the first company to do all the donkey work and then be taken out when things are starting to look good.
