Feedback sells Tecknical unit to Serco for 350,000 stg


LONDON (AFX) - Feedback PLC said it is to sell its underperforming e-learning subsidiary Tecknical Ltd to Serco PLC unit Serco Learning for 350,000 stg in cash.

The reasons for this year's disappointing performance at Teknical are mainly due to sales to the further education market falling considerably below expectations, Feedback said.

In addition, the unsuccessful tender for the South Yorkshire e-learning project led to an increase in overhead costs.
