At the moment it looks like the warm weather is holding crude back.
There is no sign of it turning very cold and even if it does it'll have
to get very cold for quite a while for it to make a big difference to heating inventories. That said, the OPEC cuts will really be starting to kick in now
and if it does turn cold then a sharp rally will follow IMO.
Last year, Crude was up over $8 in January. I doubt that will happen this month.
