Sithuk - you asked about timescales. I questioned management about what value they were adding at the last meeting, which I think was in August 2006 (Interim results presentation), and they just said, "ask us again in 6 months time".

So that rather leads me to believe that another disposal (probably of France) could be in the pipeline, and that (perhaps) the departure of PG and DG as Directors was planned for this year end ?

I've aaked them about buybacks before, and was told that the house broker had refused to allow them to do buybacks whilst disposals were in progress/being negotiated, etc. So I suspect there are probably ongoing discussions/deals about further disposals. Or we could see some buybacks - management are certainly prepared to do them, now that the group is cash positive.
