Sensible adults stick to their principles, irrespective of what people say or do around them.

The fact that you caved in and joined in doing what you complained about others doing means you lacked complete sincerity in you "playing the nice guy". Its not about 'playing' the nice guy. Its about being a sensible adult. You couldnt even 'play' nice guy simply because some wouldnt respond to your reasoning. Just shows how weak principled you are. Just because some silly people didnt adhere to your requests doesnt mean you have to cave in and do what they are doing. Its being more of an adult to rise above these silly people than get back at them in some childish way and do what they are doing.

Further, you now are saying the likes of one or two people you mentioned is the reason you are here. Well, its not their thread. Its PP's thread, by getting at them you are ruining PP's thread. On the EKT thread this is the same princpled arguement you rightly used against posters knocking fusebox. You stated, rightly may i add, that their gripe is with fusebox so take it elsewhere. Yet here you are doing the exact same, getting at a few individuals whilst disregarding that this thread wasnt created by them. Now do you get it, how hypocritical that sounds ? You may have your excuses, but it comes across that you are lecturing one rule for others but adopting another rule for yourself.

You can create all the excuses in the world for doing what you are doing on here, but it doesnt remove the fact that you come across as someone who likes to lecuture others on good behaviour but isnt prepared to practise the same yourself.

PS on the TGP thread, someone called cybercity posted a couple of comments yesterday. I think he got it spot on, you have certainly been tainted by 3 regularly decried posters on advfn. Whereever your name appears on advfn, people instantly recognise your association with another 3 very infamous posters and almost instantly feel that their thread is going to be disrupted.
