The Company has been notified that on
Dec. 22, 2003 Stephan Link disposed of
20,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in
the Company at 73p per Share.
Following this disposal Link is
interested in 1,907,451 Shares,
representing 3.91% of the company's
issued ordinary share capital.
