The Company was notified on 13 December 2005 that, following acquisitions on 9
December 2005, Morgan Stanley Securities Limited ('MSSL') had a total holding of
2,078,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company, representing approximately
3.93% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company was further notified on 14 December that, following acquisitions on
12 December 2005, MSSL now has a total holding of 2,212,020 ordinary shares of
5p each in the Company, representing approximately 4.18% of the Company's issued
share capital.
Those companies that are direct or indirect holding companies of MSSL are each
interested by attribution in any shares in which MSSL is interested.
