institutions are not stupid and if someone goes to them with a plan they will make sure it is going to work before they offer any support and in the announcement on 20 september the plan was revealed and the institutional support was confirmed and because the institutions must have already known about the ongoing and increasing debt caused by seven they backed a plan involving selling seven and therfore cutting all losses and buying several other probably profit making private companies to create one much bigger and better company
