The turnaround over the last 2 years and the year just gone,is looking good.
I thought that the IDN board was saying that the average pe for the sector was 20. That is what they are valuing IDN on, although it is open to opinion whether one should deduct 30% in all cases before calculating the pe ratio, even if no tax is due. How is the pe of 12 being calculated? I thought that it was lower than that.
The price at close appeared to be 2.64 / 2.40, although it was a red day.
One has to wonder why brokers now came out with the expected profits figure of £750k. Like IDN there appears to be support when it appears to go too low.
IDN has had a very much blue day and is now on the rise, due to expected results being announce before Jan 7th.
But there again the share price during 2004 has been eratic.
Look at Creighton - rose before results quite strongly, came out with results yesterday which were just only fair, and we see a share price correction downwards today. There appears to be a trend somewhere.
