EVS - success in the making...

Given the fact that prospective PE is 12, I don't think EVS SP is cheap any more. It was certainly cheap at 1.75p but not at 2.5p. In my opinion, any PE above 10 is just for very brave for three reasons. In the final results, directors have stated that they will acquire other companies. I could only guess that a European acquisition could be on the cards. Surely, it would only mean new share issues or increase in debt. None of which are good for SP. Secondly, EVS has not made a penny during last five years. How could one possibly multiply their prospective earning by a double digit figure? It takes years to build up a reliable reputations not months. Thirdly, It is obvious that EVS SP is highly hyped. MM and brokers are planning to play big games here. One of the ways to prove this, I suggest you type "Envesta" in google. Instead of findng out what they are actually doing, how amazing technology they are using, etc. There are plenty more information on how SP of EVS should/would/will be doing! How many people on this BB actually know what their business is about? Just look at the spread of these shares, even IDN has got a much better spread!
