This might be the case with JakNife, however, what he says echoes my sentiments exactly.

I've lost to much money thanks to Stephen Dean and this shows that he stills has a hand in it somewhere.

I'm not going to sell tomorrow - I'll wait for the results, just in case a new RNS with better info. comes out.
Frankly though, I just lost all the confidence I had in EVS management - this has Stephen Dean all over it...

If you want more info, look back in RNS for ART.
Company got shareholder permission for share buyback.
Company bought back approx. 7.5m then bought 41m belonging to Dean.
Then they stopped buying despite being allowed to buy back plenty more....he shafted his investors & this announcement seems to show the same attitude towards investors - I.e. The management own the company.
