You should remember that we are talking here about Steve Smith, who in my personal opinion, does not care about any other investors. They are serious nuisance and should not even be there had his plans worked out as envisaged.

Never in my professional career have I had any experience of a question, or questions, being put at a shareholders meeting and being ignored completely by the Chairman.

Not a single answer to any point has been given prior, or at the EGM. The report and accounts does though go some way to dealing with some aspects.

When I get the opportunity I will be taking advice from a Solicitor friend who is well versed in company law to find out what address, if any, is available.
