EUROPEAN COLOUR on "bid" alert

I attended the EGM today. There was one other in attendance.

Clearly, the outcome of each motion was already known, however, Smith is obliged to ask if there are any questions in respect of item 1. I asked a whole series and they were totally ignored without any attempt to answer anything.

David Ingles handled items 2 & 3. Once again I asked a series of questions which were largely ignored, with the exception that a total of 6 people had purchasaed additional shares at 4.25p to round their holding up to 5000, or a multiple of 5000. There remains in excess of 100 shareholders after today's business was concluded.

Where the company is going from here I have no idea. The Chairman and "Independant" directors refused point blank to say anything.
