The "Helmet" article has been copied and pasted word for word now in December (the original article was in November) and the fact it keeps turning up and word for word from the original should mean someone is scare mongering looking forward to getting in cheap.

Eureka Mining, the base metals explorer in which Celtic Resources owns 15 per cent, firmed 1p to 107½p on AIM amid word that it was close to buying the 49 per cent of Russia’s Chelyabinsk copper and gold project it does not own. The company, which has an option to buy the stake for $6 million (£3.5 million), raised £9 million at 125p in September, in part to fund the purchase.
All that should be happening now is the company is in closed period, the deal is being finalised and news will come in January that they now own it 100%. To me it seems someone is playing some games while the deal is being done, knowing there can be no comment back, and perhaps this will enable some people to buy very cheap and make a nice profit on the rise next year ;)
Also, The Times rumours do mostly happen for real after a delay time from appearing in the paper, so I am still expecting the good news in January, which of course is the ideal time to release good news to the market.
