Eurasia Mining Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 12 December 2006 the board of Eurasia Mining plc (the "Company") approved the
following allotment of ordinary shares of 5p in the share capital of the Company
("Ordinary Shares") in lieu of interest due from the Company to holders of
Unsecured Convertible Redeemable Loan Notes (the "Allotment"):
