The parent company of Eirx Therapeutics PLC which again is a UK registered company is Eirx Pharma Limited and whose registered address is Trinity Court, Church Street, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, WD3 1RT WD3 1RT.

If you had gone to the trouble to understand the origins of Eirx Therapeutics PLC / Ltd along Eirx Pharma Ltd, you would not be wasting time now debating such erroneous matters. There is nothing sinister whatsoever with Eirx having an office in Ireland or Scotland for that matter.
