Mike
I am not suggesting its a scam from the outset I am suggesting that the option is there for this company to close whether or not the situation is beyond recovery. There is no accountability to the shareholders. This same outfit can relaunch under a different name and current holders would get nothing. The information I have is that the parent company is British registered but the company the shares are attached to is Irish registered but British listed. The two are not totally compatiable. What has happened in the past is that the AIM files a complaint to the Irish registry who does nothing. The complaint eventually ends up with police if it is felt that anything illegal has taken place. I have done the initial investigation on several and interviewed major shareholders who I believe genuinely did not know what was going on.
I believe research should be done through Universities sponsored by the large pharma's.
I wish you luck with this share.
