"This is a Irish arm of a British company, the company is subject to Irish law not British. There is a good reason for establishing a offshore company.
I have investigated several Irish AIM companies and do not trust them."
I'm not sure that this is an irish arm. I think it is an Irish company that has absorbed a scottish research organisation. Could be wrong though!
I agree that one should trust no-one but an idicator is that at least one part of the company has produced a possible winner drug component - this must be worth something?
They also seem to employ technichians/scientists/researchers If they were intending a total scam I would assume that this was more than necessary to give the appearance of validity. They have a building they rent, presumably this could be visited. Its all a bit risky if a total scam.
