You seem to have a problem here. I think we will agree to disagree. I have no money invested here.
This is a Irish arm of a British company, the company is subject to Irish law not British. There is a good reason for establishing a offshore company.
I have investigated several Irish AIM companies and do not trust them. The AIM is a soft target as the regulation is so relaxed and there is no investigating body until it is to late. I have several repeat offenders on my watch list and follow companies they are involved with although many are banned from involvement they get in by the back door. I do not have to know anything about cancer cures to see how the cycle develops.
These people play on others blind faith and greed, you need to stand back from your investment from time to time.
