Lucky punter, by your own admission you are not familiar with the formation funding and development of biotechs so I cannot see why you wish to persist in commenting on this particular biotech and digging an even larger hole for yourself in the process. I would also question your professed knowledge of shares and companies but seeing as it is the season of goodwill I will give you a few pointers in respect of ERX. The company was incorporated on 19/12/03 and listed on 13/1/04, the company registration number being 04927339. ERX is a UK registered company as is its ultimate parent company. Now I could go on to list the number of directorships current and past held by the board for you but in all honesty I can’t be bothered to but I will confirm for you that amongst the many directorships held between the board there are zero disqualifications. Likewise I could provide you with an insight as to the formation of the company and those with interests in ERX but as this has been commented on previously I will leave you to research that for yourself should you feel so inclined. Finally, if you cannot see why ERX do possess and control assets i.e. something that can be valued and used in the creation of value, then I can only recommend that you place your funds at a local building society because you are clearly not cut out for investing in equities.
Stenick, it is not unusual for multiple clinical trials to be run as these will be used to establish different clinical end points and assuming that they are successful will add further value along the way. As per the chairman’s statement Re MGI & OSI the board will update the market if and when such milestones are reached i.e. they continue to work with these partners and will disclose the results at a mutually agreed time, we cannot dictate when this is.
