Where does the 5 million asset value come from. If you are suggesting there is value in filed patent applications there is not. There is potential costs in proving the application. I could make many patent applications to put a concept down on paper but it means little without proving the concept, filing is very cheap. Patents in pharma's are often troublesome as once research is complete the initial application is shown to be inaccurate as a process is developed in research and is only suspected at the time of filing. It seems to me the asset value is cash in hand plus any equipment owned. You could add to that any research payments confirmed but they would have to have an element of profit. Most research stage payments do just that they cover a percentage of research costs but no profit for shareholders. There is a reason that most research organisations are Universities and charities.
To date there have been over 6700 potential cancer cures filed for patent in the last 30 years in the research stage. Most have looked worthy to start, some have become complimentary treatments. over 99% have been abandoned. When they say very high risk they mean very high risk.
Best of luck to all holders and keep your fingers crossed for re financing.
