I remember when you said that there would never be a fund raiser that there would be a payment before then. Wrong.
The company will need atleast 3 million which will give a cap of 10 million. This company has no visible assets and a huge cash burn.
I have no issue with CC if he can get others onboard to support his agenda good luck to him.
It is clear you know nothing about the legal responsibilities of AIM listed companies and the fact that if they are established outside of GB then most of those responsibilities are not applicable. This company will fold as soon as it is clear that there is no more money coming. It is very nice that you expect the placing to go without a issue but you are clearly living a fantasy. Without something to offer this is just another cash burning research shell.
