One point that I can't get straight in my mind is the certainty a number of people have that they will not be raising funds in the near future. I gather that people had been advised that this would be the case but if so then why are they talking to brokers at this stage about raising funds as per the note on the results?

"The directors have entered into discussions with brokers who have indicated that the funds will be able to be raised, but, as with any future fundraising, the outcome is uncertain."
