Reading the results the raising of cash in april 07 is only based on the results from 05 06. So from the figures they can forecast.

A licesnsing deal or potential licensing deal could change that but as they can only work with facts and figures they have to report. Reading between the lines that is what it is stating. i.e from an official point of view we have to say this but a significant licencing deal could change it but we cant say that here facts only.

i still think other news could follow. JP may jut have an ace up his sleeve.
