"In course of the present financial year we have persued the developement of a pipeline of unique EnPADtm models targeting various aspects of the growth and survival pathways on which cancer cells depend, and also more than doubled the size of our drug discovery compound library. The new EnPADtm screening models are based either on novel, proprietary targets identified as key apoptosis regulators via aaplication of our ALIBItm platform, or on key apoptosis genes implicated in scientific literature. These initiatives build on the success we have enjoyed with our first-generation EnPADtm model targeting the wnt / B-catenin pathway, and we aniticipate a similar level of productivity from these new programmes over the coming months"

the company are very much aware of the need to sustain news flow but as always they cannot release anything until the right boxes are ticked, such as approval from partners and confirmation that clinical end points have been attained and that these will withstand the scrutiny of their peer group. They are poised to embark on the next stage of their corporate development.
The placing reciently someone asked them to do it,therefore the co/individual took the lot.
They are building relationships with companys hence foreign travel
as they are a tiddler they have to rely on the big comps to advise them on the product trials,they are not in the position to tell these comps what to do,ie with results, they await these comps telling them,one of the comps is doing a larger second first phase,forgot which one,but results look GOOD
no consilidation considered at the moment
told them NO NEWS FROM THEM VERY bad on investor confidence they will change website,and have promised regular updates in future made that clear this is vital!!

ZYC300 was developed by EiRx acquisition Auvation and is subject to milestone payments of course, come on, keep up at the back!

In no particular order, listed below are some of the reasons why you may want to take a position in ERX:
• Funding - the £500k raised Jan 07 was in lieu of the £1m referenced in the results statement. They do not intend coming back to the market for further funds in the near term. Assumes that further funding will be forthcoming from grants, milestone payments from prior agreements (MGI and OSI) or from upfront fees related to new agreements.
• The last placing went to a small number of clients of the house broker and circa 80% of these shares have not been turned. The placing was executed very quickly and primarily went to existing holders
• Aside from having alliances in place with the likes of bioMérieux SA and Almac Diagnostics Ltd amongst others, ERX are developing their own compounds with a primary focus on colorectal and breast cancer. Pre-clinical results for the latter were released Sept 06 and these created a great deal of interest at the time, as they demonstrated both an excellent efficacy and toxicity profile
• Eirx holds exclusive, worldwide rights to the commercialisation of unique oncology tissue banks (ACCRI-BANK), and employs proteomic and genomic approaches to mine this resource for differentially expressed tumour cell components
• News is pending in relation to the commercialisation of the breast cancer compound and also for the pre-clinical results and potential commercialisation of the colorectal compound
ERX are now on the cusp of moving from a predominantly research phase into the key commercialisation phase.
